Capture larger text areas than fit on a single screen

It's annoying having to capture large sections of text separately - perhaps having an auto-scroll feature when the selection hits the edge of the screen.

Improve OCR Reliability

Captured the word "Desktop" from my Windows 7 taskbar, and it converted it to "Dalctop".

Lower the price. Screen OCR does very little for the money and is not that accurate with the items that you are likely to want to use it for (i.e things that you can't simply use cut and paste for)

Needs to work on my second monitor

I have to move windows to my primary monitor for it to work as it will not capture either on the second monitor or across monitors.

have the choice as to whether the unnecessary Boxoft Toolbox runs at startup.

As far as I can make out it automatically runs every time with no choice, and I was not asked about it being installed alongside the Screen OCR program. That in itself is enough to make many users think about uininstalling.

Improve accuracy, it is fine with standard text or hyperlink blocks but struggles with text on many images

Auto minimise the Screen OCR window when you go to do a capture otherwise it can get in the way of the area you are trying to capture

There are quite a few OCR apps that are reasonably priced out there that do the western languages. If you really want a market niche, go for the eastern languages. I need a good reasonably priced OCR that does Hebrew well. What's out there does it ba

most of the OCR ed text is not correct in pdf, mostly this types of tool is useful to extract text from pdfs,

You can scan a document instead of rewriting it. The document just gets placed in a text file.

be able to select multiple areas of the screen at one time to OCR. When a document page is multiple columns and/or doesn't fit on one screen, I have to select,copy, and paste multiple times. A multiple-area selection would help speed things and make

Remove the 'Tool Box' as it is nagware

Upon installation you are not given a choice as too whether or not you want to install the toolbox as well. It only serves to bother you and is hard for the average user to un-install as it leave baggage and such in your registry.
